I think about this for a living, and I read what sits underneath it, the biology and the psychology of how people actually work. In a room I keep that simple and usable.
We work on something real in the time we have. People leave with something they can use the next morning, not a stack of slides.
I come and speak to your group on a question that matters to them, and I keep the room awake.
We take a real problem the group is carrying and work it with our hands. People try something, they don't just hear about it.
Sometimes I build an event with someone who brings the audience while I bring the content. If that's you, I'd like to hear from you.
I'm good one to one. I want to see what the same work does with a whole room in it.
