Privacy

Plain language. Last updated October 2026

This is a small, static website. It does not track you, profile you, or sell anything about you. Here is exactly what happens with your data.

No tracking, no analytics

There are no analytics scripts, no advertising, and no tracking cookies. The site does not build a profile of your visit.

The contact form

If you write to me through the contact form, the name, email, and message you enter are sent to me by email so I can reply. They are used for that purpose only, never shared or sold, and I keep them no longer than needed to stay in touch about your request.

Booking a call

The Book a call button opens Google Calendar's appointment scheduling. Anything you enter there is handled by Google under its own terms and privacy policy.

The questionnaire

After a discovery session, or as part of your coaching, I may send you a personal link to a questionnaire (bonard.tech/questionnaire), valid for 30 days. It can only be reached through that link. Before any commitment, it helps prepare our debrief, at your request; if you become a client, it sits within our contractual relationship.

While you fill it in, your answers stay in your browser (local storage), for up to 30 days, so you can pause and come back; you can clear them whenever you want. No advertising tracker or analytics on that page: this storage only serves the questionnaire you are using.

When you send them, your answers reach me over an encrypted connection and then by email; nothing is kept on the server. I am the only one who reads them, and I file them in your record, in software installed on my own computer. You are never required to write sensitive information. How long they are kept and your rights over them follow your coaching agreement and this policy. If you don't continue with the coaching, I delete your answers within three months of our debrief.

Hosting

The site, the small send script, and my email are with Infomaniak, in Switzerland — a country the European Union recognises as providing an adequate level of data protection. Like any web host, their servers keep standard technical logs (such as IP addresses) for security and reliability.

Your choices

You can ask me at any time what I hold about you, or ask me to delete it. Just get in touch.
