I’ve been immersed in personal development ever since my college days—devouring books, learning from my own coaches, and experimenting with new perspectives on growth. After completing a three-month Manager/Coach training at Will Academy, I discovered my passion for guiding others toward their potential. Grounded in the principles of Nonviolent Communication (NVC) from M.R.B., I’ve found that genuine empathy can spark profound changes in both individuals and teams.
My inspiration to coach came from witnessing the transformations and pure joy I could bring to people’s lives simply by listening, empathizing, and helping them find their own solutions. Encountering the concepts of NVC deepened this calling, and it felt like the final puzzle piece linking my personal development journey to a meaningful way of connecting with others. Now, I’m excited to launch my Catalyst Discovery Program—a pilot initiative designed to share this process with more individuals ready for change.
My experiences with neurodivergence and a complex past have honed my ability to empathize deeply and think abstractly, allowing me to adapt my methods to fit each client’s situation. While I’m open to various personal growth goals, I find special fulfillment in helping leaders and career-focused individuals unlock their potential. Outside of coaching, I run an engineering R&D company—an outlet that balances my creative instincts with tangible, mechanical problem-solving. Whether it’s brainstorming with a passionate visionary or tinkering with prototypes, I love being part of transformative journeys.
