I have been immersed in personal development since college, reading widely, working with coaches, and testing new perspectives on growth. I completed a three month Manager Coach training and I am currently pursuing the iPEC coach certification, formalizing years of hands-on leadership and coaching into a rigorous method grounded in Nonviolent Communication by Marshall Rosenberg. I have seen how genuine empathy, paired with clear structure, can spark profound change for individuals and teams.
My inspiration to coach came from witnessing the transformations and joy that emerge when people are deeply heard and supported to find their own solutions. The principles of NVC strengthened this calling and connected my personal work to a meaningful way of serving others. I am now launching my Catalyst Discovery Program, a pilot designed to share this process with people ready for change.
My neurodivergence and a complex past give me a highly empathetic, abstract-ready skill set, and I adapt my methods to each client. I focus on leadership and career growth while welcoming broader personal goals. Outside coaching, I run an engineering R&D company that channels creativity into tangible problem solving. Whether I am brainstorming with a passionate visionary or refining a prototype, I love being part of transformative journeys.

I believe that lasting change is fueled by turning external pressures into internal motivations, so that growth feels authentic and self-driven. Life isn’t always fair, but we can learn to embrace its challenges and move forward with resilience. In the end, the greatest investment you can make is in yourself, and it’s my role to guide you through each step of that journey.

Currently enrolled in the iPEC Coaching Certification, a globally recognized program rooted in the Core Energy Coaching™ methodology. I’ve also enrolled in the Cor.E Dynamics specialization, which deepens the application of energy-based coaching across performance, leadership, and life domains.
This comprehensive training blends neuroscience, emotional intelligence, and practical leadership tools. Through supervised sessions and real-life integration, I’m developing the capacity to support individuals and teams in shifting from reactive patterns to conscious, purpose-driven action.
Upon completion, I will be a Certified Professional Coach (CPC) and Energy Leadership™ Index Master Practitioner (ELI-MP), accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
